OUR FELLOWSHIPS
The foundation of our fellowships are the Four C’s: Coaching, Community, Curriculum and Capital. While our programs evolve from year to year, those pillars remain consistent.
To maximize every fellow’s experience, we work to connect each participant with coaching from 4.0 alumni who can speak to their own experiences; community support from peers across the country; curriculum that’s human-centered, adaptive and designed by experts and alumni; and capital invested directly in each fellow through stipends.
Tiny Fellowship
The Tiny Fellowship is 4.0’s core program for recruiting, training, and investing in aspiring education entrepreneurs with innovative ideas for community-centered learning solutions.
Through the Tiny Fellowship virtual program, 4.0 provides up to $5,500 in seed funding and creates the space for education changemakers to explore, test, and refine their solutions.
Alongside comprehensive curriculum support and expert coaching, this fellowship offers a vibrant community of peers and a network of relationships these leaders will have for a lifetime.
Angel Syndicate
The Angel Syndicate is a five-month, virtual fellowship and ongoing giving circle for leaders and their allies looking to build the skills, relationships, identities, and collective power to become the next generation of education philanthropists.
With a minimum investment of $1,000, participants gain access to a community of motivated philanthropists, working together to collaboratively shape funding agendas, pool resources, and engage in a democratic giving process.
Through 4.0’s Angel Syndicate, these funders have direct access to a curated portfolio of cutting-edge education ventures led by accomplished 4.0 alumni.
